Shipping Policy

We only ship to the contiguous US (lower 48 states) and we do not offer international shipping.

Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. All orders processed are currently within a range of 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If for any reason we cannot process your order in 1 to 3 days we will contact you via the details you provided when you ordered. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown during checkout.

We will use the provided shipping information that you give us when you complete your order. We are not held accountable if you mistype something or forget to enter the full address. Please double check your order confirmation to make sure all of your details are correct (if anything is incorrect you must let us know before the order ships for after the order ships no changes can be made). 

Local Pickup

You may be able to skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. Conditions apply. Please contact us at southernaccentnc@gmail.com to see about arranging a local pickup.

Checking the Status of an Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number for you to use to check it's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking details to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes but may be able to make exceptions. Please contact us at southernaccentnc@gmail.com to request an exception.
